A simple, bright and breezy spacious accommodation stretching over two floors, with five bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 10. Out of the five, four bedrooms have en-suite shower bathrooms a separate shower room for the fifth bedroom and any additional guests.

The main bedroom is comfortable with a king-size bed, fitted air-conditioning & heating units, the floor is elevated to show outstanding views over the harbour area of the town. The private terrace is shared with the upstairs room which also has air conditioning & heating fitted.

The guest double bedroom on the ground floor, has air conditioning, sliding doors that lead to the terrace and private swimming pool, there is also a further twin bedroom and a children’s bunk bedroom all the bedrooms have additional ceiling fans and lined curtains.

The lounge, hall, dining room, kitchen all have an hispanic-mauresque decor for a theme, hand made and stunning spanish tiles, natural flooring has been laid with stone, seats and cushions are covered with continental style material and also the seating and tribal rugs. This lounge stretches out on to the covered patio terrace, with similar natural flooring in stone that allows the shaded areas for sitting in quiet and looking out over the harbour.

The kitchen is modern, functional and it has all necessary appliances, including an oven, gas cooking hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. To add to the ample green marble work-surface and stunning view an outdoor, washing area providing a washing machine and a drying space.
