La Casa Limpia is at the end of the Cala Llong neighbourhood, 10
minutes from the capital Mahon. Just a little further is the beach village of Mesquida.

The
“green-belt” land around the villa gives you uninterrupted,
spectacular views of the harbour,
just a few hundred metres away below the villa is a little used pier;
great for swimming and snorkelling and still in view of the villa especially
the kitchen.
Menorca is popular for its beaches, many have great facilities and most
of them can be reached by foot, and only a handful can be reached by boat.
Es Grau is great for children as the water is shallow and the atmosphere
as well as the beach areas are safe and secure. Es Grau is only 15 minutes drive by car.

Sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, tennis, golf, horse riding, theme parks and an aqua-park great for
fun in the water.
